Driving to Mexico isn’t as scary as some might say. Just do your research!

Join us on a whirlwind tour of Texas. This is a big drive but well worth it; I adore San Antonio.

A quick stop in West Virginia followed by a party in Nashville, and a historic stop in Memphis.

We couldn’t wait any longer for the US government to open the border, so we hired someone to fly us over and transport the trailer!

This is a must for those who like to drive. Experience it in the Fall if you can. Breathtaking!

You need to visit Quebec City, Quebec, Canada at least once in your life. Old town is so charming!

Cranbrook, BC, Canada has it all…scenery, biking, skiing and hiking. I’d argue it’s a destination spot.

I adore Oliver, British Columbia, Canada. So many outside activities and an abundance of wineries.

Driving back across Canada to pick up our trailer that’s in storage. A few pit stops along the way…a little Spring Skiing in Banff.

Our experience returning from Costa Rica to Canada during Covid times. A little quarantine anyone?

Don’t overlook visiting San Jose when you are in Costa Rica. Historic architecture, amazing food and good shopping.

This short trip was a highlight of our trip; Osa Peninsula, Corcovado National Park, Manuel Antonio and on the hunt for the Quetzal.

Jaco is a great little stop if you are heading further south to the Osa Peninsula. A beautiful beach and some good food.

Montezuma, Santa Teresa and Nosara are must visits, even though they are hard to reach. Remember, don’t drive the rental car through streams and rivers!

Tamarindo, Costa Rica is where the tourists go when they have a short amount of time. Ours was a short visit, but so great!

Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica is a true hippy town. Not many go to these parts but rather stay on the Pacific side. Come here for a little Caribbean action.

One must visit La Fortuna and the volcanoes in the area. Lots of hiking and kiteboarding too.

We ended our Canadian drive in Kelowna just before Christmas. Kelowna is a beautiful city in British Columbia that is worth the visit. Lots of seasonal activities, including hiking, biking and skiing, and wine tours.
